Wind differences between zezo and VR

as I am routing my boat on Olympic race, I'm surprised to see that the wind angles aren't consistent with the map drawings.
The value of the wind angle is 48.7° and the arrow on the map show a 0° or 5° wind.
The TWA value is also wrong.
Wich is confirmed looking at the map in VRO.

The difference is obvious.
Can you help me with that issue ?
