Feature request - port/stbd tickbox

Zezo doesn't know which tack you are on when starting a routing, so it doesn't know whether to start with a penalty or not. It will jump the gun and save a penalty if a maneuver is approaching soon. If there was a tickbox, it could apply appropriate initial penalties for new routes.
