Hard to believe they've done it again, but according to Dashboard map, the Giraglia mark is not actually on the landmass, as the game graphic shows. It's about 50 feet into a little cove on the west side. I'm not sure you could miss it on purpose, but as we saw in the Europa, someone's going to do it.

I think VR map is not the same as Dashboard/Google
You can't compare, coastline is different

You are correct, the maps are different. However, in Europa there were instances where the ends of the timing gates were placed a few feet into the water according to the Google map that Dashboard uses, and some boats ended up missing them as a result.
