Understand I am not posting in the Official site ... but I am convinced that the real knowledge is there !
Question : is there a trick to get more accurate coordinates of my VR WP (only in second) through the Map proposed by VR Dasboard ?

You can use the Dashboard map to accurately position waypoints relative to buoys. You can NOT use the Dashboard to position waypoints relative to land features, because VR does not use the same map as VR Dashboard.
Positioning of waypoints is limited by the VR game UI. I'm not aware of any tricks other than using the lowest mouse pointer speed and patiently trying to nudge the WP closer to the desired position.

From which WS Log Event Response these accurate coordinates can be recovered from the VR Server ?

Waypoint (and programming) info is in the Game_GetBoatState and Game_AddBoatAction messages.
