Here's yet another VRDashboard thread. I just published a new version:

NEW in 3.7.0
- Display record race 'ghost' tracks on the map
- Display opponents' 'Elapsed' times on map
=> Click on the boats in VR UI to fetch and update information
- Display opponents' average speed in record race

Please let me know if I messed anything up, in particular with the map.

Chrome automatically installed this new version, but there is a problem the zezo windows does not open automatically when I open a VR window as it did before, what can I do? (I have to copy by hand the boat position as before).

Check that the "Auto router window" checkbox is not unchecked on the Dashboard (top most of the screen)...

It is OK now. The dashboard was very long to start yesterday (30 sec) but started immediately today.

The dashboard shouldn't take long to download- it's only 25kB. But if it actually started only after you logged in to the race that explains why it did not call zezo.

The average speed is displayed in column 'avgS' on the Fleet tab.
Unfortunately VR sends the required information only on demand. You need to click on each boat in the VR game window to get or update the data.

In case anyone is wondering why the leader ghost is jumping around, it's because I'm interpolating the position between two track points towards the wrong end. I'll fix this later today.

New version 3.7.3:
It's no longer necessary to click on your own boat to display it on the Fleet tab. The information is also updated automatically.

In order to display the ERT for opponent boats, the user card for the boat still needs to be requested.

When you first log in and enter a race, do all the opponent user cards come through in bulk? It seems like they should but VR must only send boat positions. Thoughts?

VR sends a bulk message providing the boat position, speed, twa, tws, heading, sail, name and id, but not the start time, distance to finish and distance from start. These details are only provided in the user card message.

Oops, sorry. I refactored the code but forgot to add this function back in.
Should be fixed with version 3.7.4 (just published).

Hi mak08,

As you're on it, I noticed that the map is now always fully zoomed out, while it was only zoomed out to the level needed to have an overall of the race until now.

Did you remove that, or was it broken too ?
