I'd been planning it for several days - while the Zezo route went N or S, but after scoring a bulls eye on a small island just after Cape Horn, I'm just following the pack!

I have a general rule to avoid "canals" like that, because if the wind changes, you will have no options but continue. Simply a bit too big of a gamble. So for me, I just rerouted, setting the destination a bit north of the Falklands. Follow your gut feeling in those situations. If it feels ok, then go for it. But for me it normally feels like it's not worth the gamble.

I have the same opinion as you, I had not seen your boat in the game, and it seems to me that we are doing the same route. Good winds for us.

Well now that everybody has been through there. It was fun. I couldn't quite set the track required by awesome Zezo because it was night time here so I had to set waypoints. Didn't crash though.
