I'm looking for how much the foils, polished and winches affect in percentage. I know they are in this forum but I can not find it. Thank you.

Foils: 4% from 16 to 35 knt at 80º to 140º
Polish: 0.3%
Winches: from 300 sec to 75 sec at 50% speed

Does the effect of foils on speed decrease or cease altogether if you have a TWA slightly over 140 ??
