Polars are not provided as is.
They used to be available on http://www.vrtoutoulz.fr/polars, but I don't see them there any more.
And yes, the TOS is quite strict regarding disclosing information. Even screenshots are not allowed.
It would be nice when UG would provide an API to their game system to allow robo players.

So no go for the 2011 VORG on zezo until the TOS is less strict.

Do be precise: The VORG will not be played on VirtualRegatta, but here: http://www.volvooceanracegame.org/beta_signup/. Martin and Cvetan seem to know more about it.
