Hi,

I'm new to this racing. I was wondering if the penalty for tacking/gybing/sail changes the same as the VOR? From what I've read, with winches, it's 75secs @ 50% speed... correct? Does that same penalty apply to this trimaran?

It's common to all races on VR
Winch Standard 50% of boat speed for 300 sec
Winch Pro 50% of boat speed for 75 sec
Valid for Sails change / Tacking / Gybing

even for changing sail before start ;) than you start the race with a sailchange penalty
