Is the toggle action working correctly?

I can get more tacks when I toggle it on! :-(

The name of that option is not correct. It comes from the time when the game and the router did not have tacking penalty.

Now the tacks are avoided by default. Clicking that box actually tries to minimize heading or twa changes and give you straighter line.

I should probably remove it altogether, but sometimes it's marginally useful to give you slightly different routing idea.
