Are wind barbs and wind speed / direction in each subsection of chart coming back? (Or is there something wrong with my display). I have not seen them for the past 12 hours or more

Upper right corner of the display you can select forecast to display. There is also an option for "Off". Check that yours is not set to "Off" but to "0h" or "12h" or whatever forecast you would like to see.
