Sorry if I raise a question that probably has been raised many times before
What is your experience regarding the VR map and Auto navigation?
If I use waypoints to navigate a tight passage, will I also come through as long as the line don't run over any land? Or do I need some safety margin? How much in that case?
What about programming, if I use locked TWA?
Between what hours is the route that I see in VR "stable" (if anytime)? I suppose the weather forecast in VR is stable between CET 00-05, 06-12, 12-17, 18-23? So within those intervals a programmed route with locked TWA should be stable. Is that correctly assumed?

That's a very tricky question.
Everything below is my personal experience and observations, not an advice:
- In general the ground is green. You can sail over the sand bars.
- You can't trust the warning sign. It shows in places you can pass and does not show in places you can't. Also it does not work with waypoints.
- There is stable period, but even then fixed TWA can get you grounded because of the rounding errors. Leave one degree safety margin.
- Waypoints had terrible failure modes in the past when in certain circumstances (2 wp within one 2-minute update cycle?) they caused your boat to sail backwards. It's not known if the problem is fixed, but avoid placing waypoints too close to each other.
About your schedule - update starts at 10:30 and I would not trust the sync between client and server until 12:00, so the window is a bit tighter, 12:00 - 16:30 and so on.

Thanks Cvetan for your thorough answer. I really appreciate!
Marcusbelgicus: That sounds worrisome
Do we know if the bug occur only when reaching the last of a series of waypoints?
Because to me it can make sense if it is only at the last, but if it occurs for instance at the second out of three waypoints in a series, then it is really bad.
Considering that Tessa is doing really well, leading the leg rigtht now, are we sure that this bug is for real and not just an optical illusion? I think it was in VORG 2011/12 that we had a sort of optical illusion. The boat could look like it had made a 180 degree turn, but then at the next update everything was fine.
